First, what is A&R?

A&R stands for Artists & Repertoire—the relationship between an artist and the music they create or perform. Traditionally, an A&R professional discovers talent, helps develop an artist’s sound, evaluates songs, connects collaborators, and guides a project toward release. Within a label, that role can also connect the artist’s creative vision with the label’s priorities.

How I bring that to your corner.

I bring that listening, feedback, creative direction, and strategic guidance directly to independent artists. We work on song selection, production choices, collaborators, and project readiness while keeping your identity and goals at the center.

Then we go deeper: your purpose, habits, decision-making, professional relationships, and capacity become part of the work. Through strategy and consulting, we connect those insights to priorities, project plans, and the decisions that shape your career. We use the music to practice leadership—so you grow in your ability to guide the next project, ask stronger questions, and own your direction.
